How far in advance should I order?
For standard arrangements, ordering several days ahead gives you more choice. For personalised balloons, allow about 3–7 days where possible; for weddings, corporate events, larger quantities or venue setups, begin 1–2 weeks ahead. If next day is selectable on the product page, you can request it. For an afternoon or evening event, aim to receive balloons around 2–4 hours before guests arrive. Morning events may suit the earliest same-day window or confirmed collection the previous evening when safe indoor storage is available.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Contact us before ordering for an event today. Same-day availability depends on the arrangement, preparation time and delivery schedule. The product page shows the dates you can request.
How long do helium balloons float?
Float time depends on material, size, temperature and handling. Foil balloons usually last longer than latex. Check your set’s details and our balloon care guide.
Can I personalise my balloons?
Our peach, lavender and sage bubble balloons include optional text of up to 20 characters, including spaces. Leave the field empty for a plain bubble. Check spelling before ordering.
Can I choose different colours?
Products with colour options show them on their product page. If you have a different palette in mind, send a custom order enquiry before ordering.
Do you deliver across Malta?
Delivery is Malta only. Enter your address at checkout to see the available delivery option and charge. Visit our delivery page or contact us if you need help with your address.
Can I collect my order?
You can collect from Level One, Triq Dun Karm, Birkirkara BKR 9037. Collection hours are 09:00–18:00. Choose pickup when ordering and confirm your collection day and time before travelling.
Can you deliver directly to the recipient?
Use the recipient’s delivery address and provide accurate contact details. Arrange for someone to receive the order, especially if it is a surprise.
What happens if nobody is home?
Please arrange for someone to receive the balloons. If delivery cannot be completed, we will need to contact you to discuss next steps under the store’s delivery policy.
Can balloons be delivered outdoors?
Heat, sunlight and wind can affect balloons. Contact us to discuss your plans before ordering an outdoor arrangement.
Do you create custom arrangements?
Use our custom order form to share your occasion, colours, date, budget and idea. We will discuss the scope and price before an order is placed.
Do you provide balloons for weddings?
Explore our wedding collection or enquire about wedding arrangements suited to your colours and space. Venue access and setup details must be confirmed.
Do you provide corporate balloon sets?
Yes, you can enquire about arrangements for office birthdays, openings, launches and company celebrations using the corporate quote form.
Can I include a personal message?
Add A Little Note greeting card to your order and enter a message of up to 200 characters in its personal message field. Bubble balloon text is a separate option, with a 20-character limit.
How do I order number balloons?
Each number bouquet includes one digit from 0 to 9. Choose the digit on the product page; the image shows one option. For a two-digit age, order two bouquets.
